How to use this system:

Begin by recording your ideas in the Brain Dump section—no pressure, just a space for creative flow.
Once your idea takes shape, add more details, like its purpose or the platform you want to share it on, either in the Content Ideas hub or the Status Tracker below.
When you're ready, set a publish date and watch your ideas flow into the Calendar for seamless scheduling.
Finally, you can manage your active platforms at the bottom of the page, staying organised and intentional with your content.

I’ve explained how to use each section below. Once you feel at home with the system, you can remove the greyed-out copy by simply clicking on the text, selecting it, and hitting “Delete”—a little digital decluttering for peace of mind.

This board helps you keep track of each content piece and what needs to be done. To plan a content piece, simply add the Publish Date in the card, or drag and drop the card in the monthly calendar above. Open the idea card to add more details or start drafting your content directly within Notion.

In the “All” tab below, you can view additional platforms and easily update their status from “Active” to “Not active” based on what you're currently using. Missing a platform?
